1. Deadline for submissions is February 15th.
2. Submissions, with application, should be sent or delivered to:

          Windsor Fair Trustees
          C/o Karen Foster
          659 Church Hill Rd.
            Augusta, ME 04330

3. The Windsor Pair Trustees will make their selection by March 12th.
4. After a selection has been made, artists will be notified. Those who desire may make  arrangements to pick up their submissions at the golf course, at the fair grounds or 
   arrange for return by mail by calling Karen Foster @ 207-622-2930.
5. The Windsor Pair will retain all rights to the design. It will appear on posters and 
   t-shirts and perhaps other promotional material.
